Stephanie Mitchell has been a nurse practitioner for three years, specializing in acute and critical care. Stephanie is originally from Michigan where she worked as a bedside nurse specializing in neurology, neurosurgery and cardiac surgery critical care. During her time in Michigan, she served on multiple committees that worked to implement new evidence-based practices and protocols. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Michigan-Flint in December 2019.
Stephanie moved to Massachusetts during the pandemic and joined the Cardiac Surgery Department as a new graduate provider. She is a Cardiac Surgical Unit Advanced Life Support instructor for the institution. During her free time, Stephanie enjoys playing volleyball, reading and traveling to new places with her husband.
