Welcoming survivors of stroke and support person(s)
Guided by clinicians of the UMass Memorial Neurology Department
Location: virtual meeting through Zoom
Every 2nd Wednesday of each month from 5 to 6 pm
Interested participants can inquire at ummmcstrokesupport@umassmemorial.org and be placed on an electronic mailing list for more information
Once we receive your inquiry, you will be contacted via email with details including an invitation with Zoom meeting link to the monthly support group

- June 6, 2024 – “Dual Diagnosis treatment for addiction and mental health conditions” John Mondredo, LICSW.

- August 1, 2024 – “Mood and behavioral changes pre and post liver transplant”, Brian Szetela MD, transplant psychiatrist
- September 5, 2024 – “Becoming insurance savvy”, Mary Lambert, transplant financial coordinator
- October 3, 2024 – “The first few days after liver transplant, what to expect”, Rachel Gora NP

The UMass Memorial Family Diabetes Network is a group of families of children with diabetes that connects through social and educational events. This network of parents helping parents meets every other month.
