HealthAlliance Fitchburg Family Practice cares for families throughout the life cycle, including pediatric, adult and geriatric care. Fitchburg Family Practice also serves as a residency training site for family medicine for the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School.

• In-patient care at HealthAlliance- Clinton Hospital – Leominster Campus by our own team
