Training the Next Generation of Audiologists in Central Massachusetts
Specialists at the UMass Memorial Health Diagnostic Audiology Program offer hands-on supervision and education for graduate students training to become audiologists. Students can apply for clinical rotations and an audiology externship.
Audiology Clinical Rotations
Our clinical rotations allow audiology graduate students to gain valuable clinical experience while pursuing academic studies. Students observe and provide patient care under the direct supervision of our licensed, certified audiologists.
Audiology graduate students may apply for a clinical rotation at our Diagnostic Audiology Program through their university audiology placement coordinators. Placements occur throughout the year.
Audiology graduate students who complete one diagnostic rotation and have a recommendation from their UMass Memorial supervisor may apply to other rotations within our:

About Our Audiology Program
Our Audiology Program provides audiology services, diagnostics and rehabilitation to infants, children and adults. We treat a diverse patient population with a variety of hearing disorders.
