• Salvage prostatectomy: This option is for prostate cancer that returns after radiation therapy. It involves gently navigating scar tissue to access and remove the prostate.
• Stereotactic radiosurgery: Experts use special technology to deliver high doses of radiation to precisely the right spot. This method helps many patients complete treatment in as little as five days instead of up to eight weeks with other methods. 
• Brachytherapy: This form of radiation therapy uses implantable radioactive seeds. Placing the seeds in the prostate during a short procedure helps you receive focused therapies that protect nearby tissue.
