Gender-Affirming Bottom Surgery Services

Simple Orchiectomy

An orchiectomy is surgery to remove the testicles. This procedure may eliminate the need for testosterone blockers. It can also reduce the amount of estrogen you need. 

Full-Depth Vulvoplasty

During this procedure, we construct external genitalia, specifically the labia and clitoris. Surgeons use nearby skin and tissue to create structures with a natural look and feel. You may wish to pursue vulvoplasty if you are not interested in having a vaginal canal. 

Full-Depth Peritoneal Flap Vaginoplasty

This procedure creates a vaginal canal with sufficient depth to support penetrative sexual intercourse. Surgeons take tissue from the abdominal cavity lining (peritoneum) to form the vaginal canal.
