Birth Certificates

Hospitals do not issue birth certificates. Birth certificates for births at UMass Memorial Medical Center are issued by the City of Worcester or local town halls. To learn more, visit the City of Worcester website under City Clerk, call 508-799-1121, or contact your local town hall.
