All caregivers at UMass Memorial have access to view the specific privileges granted to practitioners.

Medical Staff and Affiliate Practitioner Staff

On the UMass Memorial Health Hub, select:

RESOURCES>UMASS MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER>ECHONET-PROVIDER PRIVILEGES (there is a standard password of “priv”)

Only those privileges which have been approved will appear.   Any special added privileges may appear at the bottom of the form.

You may verify affiliation of currently credentialed practitioners by logging on to the following website:

For prior affiliations please email your request to medicalstaffservices@umassmemorial.org along with a copy of the practitioner’s authorization for release.

Provider Payer Status Portal is where physicians can check the status of a provider’s enrollment with health plans, .

Please note we are able to provide case logs for physicians only.  We are able to provide a copy of the most recently approved privileges for all provider types.
