8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
The original program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, right here at UMass Memorial Medical Center.

8-Week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
Combines the practice and clinical application of mindfulness meditation with tools of cognitive behavioral therapy to break the cycle of recurrent depression.

3-Day Online Mindfulness Retreats
These retreats are open to all. If you are interested in teaching MBSR, they fulfill a pre-requisite requirement for beginning a MBSR teacher training pathway at Brown University and other training organizations.
