Mindfulness Tools is for those new to mindfulness practice as well as individuals who want to deepen and strengthen their existing practice. Explore mindfulness meditation, learn about some of the science behind mindfulness, and how to bring it into your everyday life to improve your physical and mental well-being. Our weekly classes include small and large group discussions that allow participants to learn from one another through shared experiences and insights.
This course is a great option for those who may find the 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course challenging to fit into their schedule, offering a more flexible and affordable alternative.

Four, 90-minute virtual classes via Zoom (totaling 6 hours)
Daily at-home meditation and gentle movement exercises (30-40 minutes)
