Tri-River Family Health Center

Established in 1978, Tri-River Family Health Center in Uxbridge is staffed by specialists in internal medicine and pediatrics. Patients who require specialty care, testing or hospitalization have direct access to Milford Regional Medical Center, a clinical affiliate of UMass Memorial Medical Center. Tri-River also serves as a residency training site for internal medicine and pediatrics for the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School.
