Tri-River Family Health Center
Established in 1978, Tri-River Family Health Center in Uxbridge is staffed by specialists in internal medicine and pediatrics. Patients who require specialty care, testing or hospitalization have direct access to Milford Regional Medical Center, a clinical affiliate of UMass Memorial Medical Center. Tri-River also serves as a residency training site for internal medicine and pediatrics for the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School.
In addition to comprehensive primary care for adults and children, the physicians and staff of Tri-River Family Health Center provide:

Extended Hours
Tri-River provides Extended Hours to existing patients for those times when you’re unable to see your primary care doctor.
We offer/treat:

- Coughs, colds and sore throats
- Earaches and sinus pain
- Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
- Rash or other skin irritations
- Minor allergic reactions
- Sprains
- Physicals for adult and pediatric patients
Monday - Thursday: 5:30 - 8 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 4 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 1 pm
Holidays: Open on Martin Luther King Day, President's Day and Columbus Day from 9 am - 4 pm. Closed all other holidays.
