UMass Memorial Medical Center - Barre Family Health Center

The physicians at Barre Family Health Center (BFHC) provide comprehensive family and prenatal care, and have served the residents of Barre and the surrounding communities since 1973. Patients who require specialty care, testing or hospitalization have direct access to the region's premier medical specialists and facilities at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. BFHC also serves as a residency training site for family medicine for the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School.

Directions

From the East: Follow Route 290 to Exit 18. Turn right off exit onto Lincoln Street. Bear left and proceed to Lincoln Square (intersection of Route 9/ Belmont Street). Turn right onto Route 9/Highland Street and proceed up the hill.

At the park avenue intersection (Price Chopper is on the right), proceed straight through the traffic light. After passing Doherty High School on the left, enter the rotary at Newton Square. Take the second exit onto Pleasant Street. Pleasant Street becomes Route 122 North.

Proceed on Route 122 for 10 miles. Pass through the towns of Paxton and Oakham. Barre Family Health Center will be on the right.

From the West: Take Route 290 East to Exit 17. Turn left off exit onto Route 9/ Belmont Street, go over Route 290 and straight through major intersection (Worcester Police Station on left). Follow directions above from Park Avenue intersection.
