Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

(Serves 2)
Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- ¼ c. diced celery
- ¼ c. raisins
- ¼ c. fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 T mayonnaise made with olive oil
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ t pepper
- Optional stuffing ideas include: carrots, lettuce, sprouts.
Directions
